MN Basic Code of Ordinances City of Wykoff
As the city of Wykoff has adopted the MN Basic Code for their ordinances, I have uploaded the complete digital copy of the ordinances.
Zoning Application
Municipal and Public Utilities - Rules and Regulations, Rates, Charges and Collections
Water and Sewer charges:
$18.70 minimum/month. $6.81 / 1,000 gallon of use for residential. $7.81/1000 for Bulk water
$40 minimum/month for sewer $13.00 / 1,000 gallon of water use.
$150 meter deposit to be collected from new residents or residents moving within Wykoff. The $150 will be deducted from the final bill.
A second Water Meter is available if you have heavy water use outside. The cost is $320 and it needs to be installed by a licensed plumber. After installation the city's water and sewer supervisor will inspect the installation. After installation you will no longer be charged sewer on any water used outside. Contact the office for more information.
Construction Licensing, Permits and Regulation
Effective January 1, 2011 the City of Wykoff has their own Zoning.
Please contact the City Clerk at 352-4011 if you have questions or to view the Zoning Ordinance.
Zoning meets the last Wednesday of every month if there is business to handle.
Liquor, Beer and Wine Licensing and Regulation
Liquor License fees:
On-Sale - $1200.00
Off-Sale - $ 100.00
Wine - $100
Strong Beer - $500
3.2 Beer - $50
Set-ups - $250 (set by state)
